Back by popular demand Rick will once again serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the 20th anniversary of the OWPI Conference & Tradeshow. Rick is a past President of OWPI and currently serves as the OWPI Vice President. He has testified in front of Illinois House of Representatives on key issues pertaining to the current code.
Rick is a recipient of the Larry Vansickle Memorial Award for Contributions to the On-Site Industry, winning the award in 2013. He is well respected among his peers as someone who looks to new technology and methods for improving the installation of On-Site systems.
Chad Moorman

Chad Moorman is the Program Manager of the Private Sewage Disposal Program for the Illinois Department of Public Health. He is a Licensed Environmental Health Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience within public health. Chad will be speaking on the current status and upcoming changes to the State of Illinois Sewage Code
