Hector Hernandez, along with his K9 partner Malo, taught us how to prevent a dog attack or, if an attack was imminent, how to minimize your chances of injury. Hector continues to influence public policy and improve the world by empowering people through his other presentations, including his presentation on “Top Employee Performance,” which focuses on retention and safety. Hector covers various essential topics, including human emotions, the power of seeking advice, attitude, appearance, body language, employee relations, effective conversations, and much more. Hector conveys his timely, empowering expertise with an ear and eye-catching public speaking style.
Today Hector will be speaking on the skills necessary to build long term professional relationships with customers, contractors, & regulators.
